The short version. The website explains EnnovaBuzz and lets you contact us. A form submission does not create a client relationship. Client work starts only under an agreed written scope. Do not send confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through a public form unless we have specifically asked for it through an appropriate secure process.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ennovabuzz.com and EnnovaBuzz pages that link to these Terms. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These Terms govern website use only. A signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, data-processing agreement, insertion order, or other written client agreement may contain different or additional terms. If there is a conflict concerning paid client services, the applicable signed client agreement controls.
2. Business use and authority
The site is intended primarily for businesses, organizations, professionals, and people evaluating or communicating about business services. If you submit information on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for using the site in compliance with laws and obligations that apply to you.
3. Inquiries, briefs, and client relationships
Submitting a brief, sending an email, requesting a call, receiving an automated acknowledgment, or discussing a possible project does not create an agency-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or other professional relationship.
A client engagement begins only when EnnovaBuzz and the client agree to the applicable scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, and other material terms in writing.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, EnnovaBuzz is free to accept or decline an inquiry, proposal opportunity, or project.
4. Information and materials you submit
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You give EnnovaBuzz permission to receive, store, review, reproduce internally, and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare a proposal, or perform an authorized engagement.
You represent that you have the right to provide the information and materials you submit and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality obligations, platform rules, or applicable law.
Public inquiry forms are not designed for highly sensitive or regulated information. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive credentials or regulated data unless EnnovaBuzz has specifically provided an appropriate secure method.
Submitting ordinary business information through the site does not, by itself, create a confidentiality obligation beyond obligations imposed by applicable law. If confidential treatment is required, ask us to put an appropriate agreement in place before disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- violate law or the rights of others;
- upload malicious code, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or interfere with site operation;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract site content or personal information in a manner that is abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or materially burdensome;
- send spam, abusive submissions, or automated requests intended to disrupt the site;
- copy, republish, or commercialize protected site content except as permitted by law or written permission.
We may restrict or block access reasonably believed to threaten the site, users, clients, or EnnovaBuzz systems.
6. Intellectual property
The EnnovaBuzz name, logos, visual identity, original site copy, graphics, designs, code, project presentations, and other original materials are owned by EnnovaBuzz LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the site for ordinary informational and business-evaluation purposes. No ownership right is transferred by your access to the site. Third-party trademarks, logos, screenshots, or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party websites, platforms, and services
The site may link to or describe third-party websites, social networks, advertising platforms, analytics providers, software, or other services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical rules.
EnnovaBuzz is not responsible for third-party content, outages, policy changes, account actions, security, or privacy practices outside our reasonable control. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
8. Client engagements, estimates, and marketing results
Website descriptions, examples, case studies, estimates, timelines, budgets, or discussions are informational unless incorporated into a signed client agreement. Project scope and fees may change when assumptions, requested work, platform requirements, client inputs, timelines, or third-party costs change.
Marketing performance depends on factors beyond EnnovaBuzz’s control, including market conditions, competition, offer quality, pricing, sales follow-up, platform algorithms and policies, client approvals, budgets, tracking limitations, seasonality, consumer behavior, and third-party availability. Unless expressly agreed in writing, EnnovaBuzz does not guarantee rankings, ad approvals, account status, lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue, profitability, media performance, or any specific business outcome.
9. Informational content and website disclaimers
Website content is provided for general business and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions requiring it.
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep information accurate and the site functional, but we do not warrant that every page will always be error-free, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EnnovaBuzz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of - or inability to use - the public website, including loss of data, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated profits, even if such loss was foreseeable.
These website limitations do not replace or expand any negotiated limitation of liability in a client agreement and do not limit liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited or excluded.
11. Governing law; severability; no waiver
Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these website Terms that is not governed by a separate signed agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts with lawful authority in New Jersey.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the site, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current policy version and effective date appear at the top of the page. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
