At a glance. EnnovaBuzz is a business-to-business marketing company. We collect information needed to operate this website, respond to inquiries, deliver agreed services, protect our systems, and - only where enabled and permitted - measure or improve marketing. We do not sell personal information for money. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are controlled through consent and privacy-choice tools.
1. Scope and privacy roles
This Privacy Policy applies to ennovabuzz.com, related EnnovaBuzz landing pages that link to this policy, website inquiries, discovery briefs, and ordinary business communications with EnnovaBuzz LLC ("EnnovaBuzz," "we," "us," or "our").
For information collected directly through our own website and business operations, EnnovaBuzz generally determines why and how that information is used. For personal information a client provides to us for an approved campaign or service, EnnovaBuzz may instead act as a service provider, contractor, or processor on the client’s instructions. The applicable client agreement or data-processing terms control where they are more specific than this public policy.
This policy does not replace a client’s own privacy notice, legal obligations, industry rules, or platform requirements.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
Name, email, company, website or social profile, project details, service interests, goals, timing, budget range, messages, attachments where supported, and other information you choose to send.
Website and device information
IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral source, campaign parameters, security logs, cookie choices, and interaction or conversion events when the relevant technologies are enabled.
Business relationship information
Communications, proposals, project records, service history, billing or administrative records, and information reasonably necessary to manage a prospective or active business relationship.
Client-provided campaign information
Depending on an engagement, this may include CRM records, leads, audience lists, appointment or conversion records, call notes, campaign performance data, creative assets, testimonials, reviews, or similar client-authorized information.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our public inquiry forms unless we specifically request it and an appropriate agreement is in place. We do not need Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, or similar sensitive information to evaluate an ordinary marketing inquiry.
3. How and why we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to inquiries, review briefs, schedule conversations, and prepare proposals;
- provide, administer, secure, support, and improve agreed services;
- operate forms, preferences, website security, fraud prevention, and technical diagnostics;
- measure website or campaign performance when the relevant analytics or advertising choices permit it;
- manage client relationships, reporting, billing, records, disputes, and legal obligations;
- send service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant business or marketing communications;
- protect the rights, systems, property, and safety of EnnovaBuzz, our clients, users, and others.
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, that basis may include steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries, securing our services, preventing abuse, and improving business operations. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing.
4. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide authorized services, including to hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communications providers, CRM or workflow providers, analytics and advertising platforms when enabled, professional advisers, contractors working under appropriate obligations, and other vendors supporting the relevant engagement.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or support a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. Any successor would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
5. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and privacy choices
Essential cookies are used to operate the site and remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are disabled unless the relevant category is permitted. The website is built to support Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag when configured; a service that is not configured does not load merely because the theme supports it.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law that applies to you, use of certain third-party advertising technologies may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," "cross-context behavioral advertising," or a similar regulated activity. You may use Privacy Choices to reject optional advertising technologies, and supported Global Privacy Control signals are honored by keeping optional advertising/marketing tracking disabled for that browser.
The site’s approved brand fonts are designed to be served locally from the EnnovaBuzz theme when the local font files are installed. This avoids a routine third-party font request solely to display typography.
For details about cookie categories and the consent system, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Client campaign data
When a client authorizes EnnovaBuzz to work with customer, lead, CRM, audience, conversion, direct-mail, call, or other campaign data, the client is responsible for having the legal right to provide that information and instruct us to use it. EnnovaBuzz uses client-provided information only for the approved engagement, related support, security, compliance, reporting, or other purposes permitted by the applicable agreement.
We do not independently repurpose client customer data for unrelated third-party marketing. Where a client engagement requires a dedicated data-processing agreement, platform addendum, or additional security terms, those documents should be completed separately.
More detail appears in our Advertising & Campaign Privacy Addendum.
7. Retention and deletion
Discovery brief submissions stored by the website are scheduled for automatic deletion after approximately 24 months by default. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for an active or prospective business relationship, contractual records, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, dispute resolution, or establishment or defense of legal claims.
Different systems and service providers may have different retention cycles. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we seek to delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements and operational needs.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access or obtain a copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain portable data; restrict or object to certain processing; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling; withdraw consent; and appeal a privacy-request decision where applicable.
You may exercise a request by emailing us using the contact information below and describing the request and the interaction or information involved. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may be asked for evidence that they are permitted to act for you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right where prohibited by law.
If European or UK data-protection law applies, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
Global Privacy Control. When your browser sends a supported GPC signal, the site keeps optional advertising/marketing tracking disabled while the signal remains enabled. Other browser "Do Not Track" signals may not have a uniform legal or technical standard and are not treated as equivalent unless required by applicable law.
9. Security, service providers, and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Some providers may process information in other states or countries. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, EnnovaBuzz and the relevant provider are expected to use legally recognized transfer or contractual mechanisms appropriate to the relationship.
The public website does not currently use solely automated decision-making to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Children
EnnovaBuzz provides business services and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through our business inquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when our website, services, vendors, data practices, or legal obligations materially change. The current version number and effective date appear at the top of the policy. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable method when required by law. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
12. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@ennovabuzz.com and include enough information for us to understand and locate the relevant interaction.
