Purpose of this addendum. This page explains EnnovaBuzz’s baseline handling of client-authorized campaign data. It is not a substitute for a signed client agreement or data-processing agreement where one is required. More specific written terms control.
1. Scope and roles
This addendum supplements the EnnovaBuzz Privacy Policy and applies when EnnovaBuzz LLC handles personal information or business data in connection with advertising, content, direct mail, landing pages, CRM workflows, reporting, follow-up, audience activation, conversion measurement, or related marketing services.
Depending on the engagement and applicable law, a client may act as the controller or business that determines the purpose of processing, while EnnovaBuzz acts as a processor, service provider, contractor, or similar role for activities performed on the client’s instructions. Some EnnovaBuzz business-administration activities may be performed for our own legitimate operational purposes. The signed agreement controls role allocation when it addresses the issue.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information, lists, audiences, claims, offers, creative assets, testimonials, reviews, contact details, and instructions they provide may lawfully be used for the requested campaign. Clients are also responsible for privacy notices, cookie disclosures, consent language, industry disclosures, substantiation, suppression lists, and other legal or platform requirements that apply to their products, services, audience, and communications unless the engagement expressly assigns a task to EnnovaBuzz.
EnnovaBuzz may reasonably refuse, pause, or request clarification about an instruction that appears unlawful, materially unsafe, inconsistent with platform rules, or outside the agreed scope.
3. Campaign data we may handle
Depending on the approved scope, campaign data may include customer or lead lists, CRM exports, email addresses, phone numbers, audience lists, appointment records, sales stages, call notes, conversion events, purchase or lead values, direct-mail delivery or response information, campaign parameters, landing-page submissions, creative assets, testimonials, reviews, and platform reporting.
EnnovaBuzz uses client-provided campaign data only for the authorized engagement, related quality assurance, security, reporting, troubleshooting, compliance, recordkeeping, or other uses permitted by the governing client agreement. We do not independently sell client customer data for money or repurpose it for unrelated third-party marketing.
4. Sensitive, regulated, and restricted data
Clients should not provide sensitive or regulated personal information unless it is necessary for the approved service, lawful to process, permitted by the relevant advertising or software platform, and specifically addressed in writing. Examples can include health data, government identifiers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, children’s data, or information about protected or highly sensitive characteristics.
Credentials, private keys, passwords, and access tokens should be shared only through an agreed secure credential method - not ordinary public forms, chat messages, or campaign copy.
5. Advertising platforms, audience uploads, and conversion data
When authorized, EnnovaBuzz may configure or support services such as Google Ads or Analytics, Meta advertising tools, LinkedIn advertising tools, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok advertising, call-tracking systems, CRM platforms, landing-page tools, email platforms, or other services appropriate to the campaign.
Audience uploads, customer matching, offline conversion imports, remarketing, and similar tools are used only when the client has approved the activity and represents that it has the right and appropriate legal basis to use the relevant information. Third-party platforms independently determine how their services operate and may impose additional terms, minimum audience thresholds, data restrictions, consent requirements, or account rules.
6. Measurement, attribution, and reporting
Campaign measurement may use pixels, analytics events, CRM stages, platform conversions, UTM parameters, QR codes, dedicated landing pages, promo codes, dedicated phone numbers, call notes, or other approved signals.
Attribution is inherently imperfect. A person may see one channel and convert through another, use a different device, block measurement, contact a business offline, or convert outside a platform’s attribution window. EnnovaBuzz may therefore distinguish directly attributed, modeled, assisted, or influenced outcomes and will not represent uncertain attribution as exact fact.
7. Email, SMS, calling, and follow-up
Where an engagement includes email, SMS, calling, or follow-up, the client is responsible for lawful collection and use of contact information and for providing any required disclosures, consent, suppression, opt-out, Do Not Call, or similar instructions unless the written scope assigns a specific compliance operation to EnnovaBuzz.
EnnovaBuzz will use reasonable efforts to apply client-provided suppression or opt-out information in workflows we control. SMS opt-in data and consent are not used by EnnovaBuzz for unrelated third-party marketing.
8. Service providers, security, and retention
EnnovaBuzz may use hosting, cloud, CRM, communications, analytics, advertising, collaboration, storage, reporting, or specialist service providers as reasonably necessary for an engagement. Provider access should be limited to the service being performed and remains subject to applicable contracts, provider terms, and security controls.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect campaign information, including access controls appropriate to the systems we manage. Retention depends on the engagement, legal requirements, troubleshooting needs, platform limitations, backups, and client instructions. When a project ends, data should be returned, deleted, anonymized, or retained only as reasonably necessary and permitted by the governing agreement and applicable law.
9. Security incidents and cooperation
If EnnovaBuzz becomes aware of a confirmed security incident involving client data in systems we control, we will take reasonable steps to contain and investigate it and will cooperate with the client as required by the applicable agreement and law. The parties may need to coordinate facts, provider notices, legal obligations, remediation, and communications before external statements are made.
10. Platform changes and updates
Advertising platforms, privacy laws, browser controls, measurement technology, and consent requirements change frequently. EnnovaBuzz may update this addendum to reflect material changes. A current version number and effective date appear at the top of the page. Campaign-specific platform obligations remain subject to the platform’s then-current terms and the applicable client agreement.
