Submitting a brief or requesting a discovery call does not create a binding engagement. After the discovery call, we prepare a custom plan and quote based on your goals, scope, channels, timeline, and budget. Work begins only once scope and fees are agreed in writing. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, revenue, or lead volumes.
